AC Milan have their eyes on the MLS as they like an Atlanta player a lot

AC Milan had a big summer (financially speaking) as they invested over 200 million euros on 11 new players (Donnarumma, Conti, Musacchio, Leonardo Bonucci, Ricardo Rodriguez, Kessie, Biglia, Calhanoglu, André Silva, Kalinic and Borini) but even so, they are struggling a lot of late. Montella's position has been in heavy doubt as AC Milan lost 4 out of their last 7 Serie A games (to Sampdoria, Roma, Inter and Juventus). They did beat Chievo and more recently Sassuolo as Montella now seems safe for the time being.

Even if they invested a lot last summer, Fassone and Mirabelli will still be looking to improve their roster in months to come. According to Metro US, AC Milan have held talks with Atlanta concerning Miguel Almiron. The young midfielder has also been followed by Inter Milan and Arsenal as Atlanta seemingly want 15 million euros for him. It remains to be seen if the rossoneri want to pay this much for him...
