There is news out of England via The Mirror informs of two new signings for Scottish giants Rangers. The Gers are welcoming Mexican duo of Carlos Pena and Eduardo Herrera. Pena is a midfielder and Herrera is a striker, coming in respectively from Chivas and Pumas. The duo are expected to complete their paperwork in the coming hours. This marks the beginning of an influx of players and a slight reconstruction of the Ibrox squad.
