Arsenal are closing in on Monaco winger Thomas Lemar. The Gunners have been keen to land the 21-year-old French international despite his current club demanding £45M for his services. The North London side have already seen two bids rejected by the French champions who are desperate to keep hold of some of their star players this summer.
 

With the likes of Tiemoue Bakayoko, Bernardo Silva and Benjamin Mendy having already left the principality and with teenage striking sensation Kylian Mbappe edging ever closer to a move to Real Madrid, Lemar will be another of last season’s heroes to leave the Cote d’Azur.
 

The player himself has been desperate to make the move to The Emirates and recent reports even suggested that he had told the club to accept Arsenals latest offer. Now Sunsport claims that they have done just that and his £45M dream move to England is on the verge of becoming a reality.
