Italy national team manager Giampiero Ventura has named a 27-man squad for the two play-off matches against Sweden which will determine whether or not the Azzurri make it to the FIFA World Cup next summer in Russia.

The biggest surprise is that Napoli playmaker Jorginho has been included after having been lefy out by Ventura previously due to not fitting into the former Torino coach's tactical setup.

Rejuvinated Valencia striker Simone Zaza has also been called up but aside from his and Jorginho's inclusion there are no surprises as all the usual suspects have been called up.
