Bad news for Chelsea target, who misses Roma - Napoli

Some bad news for Roma: Kevin Strootman will be out of this weekend’s big clash with Napoli.

Speaking to the media in today's press conference, Coach Eusebio Di Francesco confirmed that the Dutch star and Chelsea target will be out injured.

"Strootman and Schick will not be available. For his own good, I'll only select Patrik when he's ready."

The former Manchester United target already missed Holland's eventual elimination from World Cup qualifiers due to a thigh injury, and is now going to miss the Napoli game, which Roma lost 3-1 late last season.

The Dutchman has struggled with injuries already in his career, going down to two ACL injuries which prevented him from playing in the 2014 World Cup, and for the two seasons after that.

Strootman would play a key role in the Giallorossi midfield, and for a side that has already fallen to a strong opponent in Inter, losing 3-1 to the Nerazzurri on Matchday 2.
