Man Utd: Mourinho furious as Fellaini caught sneaking out of PSG hotel
Marouane Fellaini has been spotted making a quick getaway from Paris Saint-Germain's team hotel while recovering from a knee injury in Antwerp, Belgium.
The Manchester United midfielder sustained a knee ligament strain in a 4-3 victory over Bosnia whilst on international duty with Belgium but could only watch as they concluded their 2018 World Cup qualifying with a 4-0 win over Cyprus. Fellaini has since remained in Belgium as he sought after help from the 'Move To Cure' Antwerp Rehabilitation centre to speed his recovery up - reported to be up to two weeks.
But a video released on Twitter by a PSG fan page (La Commu PSG) shows the Belgian, smothered in photographers and reporters, making a quick getaway in his smart car from the French team's hotel, who are preparing for their Champions League clash with Anderlecht on Wednesday.
The 29-year-old has entered the final year of his contract at Old Trafford and turns 30 in November, while United remain confident they can tie the Belgian down to a new deal.
Sportsmail has previously reported that Jose Mourinho and United are confident of tying the midfielder down to a new two-year deal with the option of a third.
