Bologna-Juventus 0-2: half time tops and flops

Juventus lead 2-0 at half time after the first half in Bologna. The bianconeri’s opener was netted by Miralem Pjanic who netted a perfect free kick although Mirante could have dome something more to deflect the shot. Pjanic also assisted Mandzukic who netted the second goal of the evening.

Pjanic – One goal and one assist. Vital.
Mandzukic – Plays close to Higuain rather than on the left wing. Back on the scoresheet.
Alex Sandro – Back in Juventus’ XI after last week’s snub against Inter, one of the best performances of the season so far.

FLOP
Mirante – Could have done more to deny Pjanic.
Pulgar – Wrong pressings in the middle of the park, he only recovers a few ball possessions.
Mbaye – Doesn’t manage to stop Mandzukic. Too easy for the Croat to stop the ball and shot on target.
