Breaking: AC Milan make 30 million opening offer for Bonucci

Leonardo Bonucci and Juventus look to be getting closer to a divorce as Sky Sport 24 claims that new contact was made this morning between the player’s agent and AC Milan and Juventus representatives. The Rossoneri are understood to have made an opening offer of €30M whilst the Bianconeri are believed to be holding out for €45M. The 30-year-old Italian international could be on the verge of a shock move to the San Siro ending his association with the club he joined as a schoolboy.

As we reported on Calciomercato.com on Wednesday, Alessandro Lucci has already claimed that he will do everything he can to instigate a move away from Turin whilst Bianconeri CEO Beppe Marotta has stated that he won’t keep a player at the club who does not want to be there.

Lucci has a very good relationship with Milan chiefs and the Rossoneri now hope that they can pull off one of the most sensational moves in Serie A this summer. It’s also been reported that Milan would not be prepared to throw in Alessio Romagnoli as part of any deal to take the Bonucci to the club.
