Breaking: Salah's move to Liverpool is a done deal, medical tomorrow

Liverpool have reportedly agreed a deal to bring Egyptian frontman Mohamed Salah to Anfield. After weeks of negotiations, reports in Italy state that the player will head to England today and undergo his medical on Wednesday before finally completing his move.

According to Sky Sport (via SOS Fanta) the cost of the operation will be €45M and the 25-year-old will fly into London to meet with Roma representatives before making his return to the Premier League.

Jurgen Klopp has been tracking Salah since the end of last season after the player had another exceptional campaign in Serie A with the Giallorossi. Roma are looking to balance their books in accordance with Financial Fair-Play regulations and Salah’s departure will ensure that they do just this.

The Reds had been interested in the player back in 2013 but Salah chose to go to Chelsea were he found first-team opportunities limited. Now it seems they finally have their man.
