Breaking: Udinese sack Delneri, Oddo to replace him

Udinese have announced the sacking of Gigi Delneri and are about to hire Massimo Oddo as their new boss. According to our sources Oddo has just rescinded his contract with Pescara and is ready to take over at Udinese.

The Zebrette are very much struggling this season as they are only three points above the relegation zone. Twelve points in just as much games is clearly a disappointing score for Udinese executives who have decided to sack Delneri and replace him with the former AC Milan defender.

An official announcement confirming Oddo’s appointment is expected in the coming hours.
