According to the English press (via the Daily Mail), it seems like Chelsea are considering the possibility of offering him an assistant role in Antonio Conte's staff as Pirlo himself refused to deny this possibility.
If Pirlo is to arrive in London, then this might convince Antonio Conte to stay at the club as there have been numerous reports hinting that the Italian coach might soon be looking for a new adventure. Let's not forget that Conte and Pirlo worked together at Juventus as it was Conte and Marotta who acquired him as a free-agent from AC Milan.
