Ross Barkley has joined Chelsea from Everton as the move was confirmed by the Blues club earlier today. The 24 year old midfielder signed a 5 and a half year contract with Chelsea as he will wear the number 8. Chelsea and Everton reached an agreement which will see the latter receive around 15 million sterling pounds from this transfer.
