Chelsea target Nainggolan; "I feel a little Italian & I'm proud to play for Roma"

Belgian international midfielder Radja Nainggolan has been speaking to Roma Magazine (via Calciomercato.com). The 29-year-old Belgian who, once again, has become the centre of huge transfer speculation this summer has been telling the publication that he’s loving life in the Italian capital.

When asked if he now felt Roman he replied; “No, but I do feel a little Italian. I’ve been here for 12 years and I’m really happy in Rome and living really well”. Moving on to wearing his current club’s colours, Nainggolan stated that; “I know what it means to wear the colours of this team and I’m happy and proud to be part of it”.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte seems to have made it his mission to bring the Indonesian born player to Stamford Bridge since his own arrival last summer but new Roma sporting director Monchi has already declared that after the departure of Mohamed Salah to Liverpool, none of the club’s biggest stars will be sold this summer.
