    Di Francesco snubs AC Milan as Sassuolo offer him contract extension

    Eusebio Di Francesco has responded to AC Milan’s owner Silvio Berlusconi who had announced both him and Antonio Conte are not the right men to replace Sinisa Mihajlovic on the Rossoneri’s bench, provided that the Serbian tactician will leave the club at the end of the season.

    However, it seems that Di Francesco has not lose any sleep over Berslusconi’s words.
    “I only talk about Sassuolo”, the former AS Roma winger told Sky Sort Italia.

    “I want to join a club where there’s no chaos and I believe from this perspective Sassuolo are one of those clubs leading the way in Serie A.”

    Di Francesco’s statements confirm rumors which had suggested the Italian manager is ready to pen a new contract until 2019 with his current club Sassuolo.
