Exclusive: Everton representatives in Milan to open talks over French striker

Executives of Everton have landed in Milan today to meet their AC Milan counterparts, sources have exclusively told calciomercato.com.

The Toffees are interested in signing the rossoneri star M’Baye Niang who spent the second part of the 2016/17 campaign on loan at Watford. The Frenchman failed to live up to expectations with both AC Milan and Watford last season and the former Genoa star is not part of Montella’s plans anymore.

Sources have told Calciomercato.com that AC Milan won’t sell Niang for less than € 18 million but given that the clubs parties are on very good terms they could accept to send Niang to Liverpool for € 15 million. AC Milan and Everton, in fact, agreed the loan move of Gerard Deulofeu from England to Italy last winter

AC Milan ds Massimiliano Mirabelli will meet representatives of Everton shortly and the Italian intermediary Vincenzo Morabito is also attending the meeting.
