Exclusive: Juve have loan-to-buy plan for €50m Man United, City target

Juventus have agreed to personal terms with Douglas Costa, and have a plan to recruit the Bayern Munich man, we can exclusively reveal.

The Manchester United and Manchester City target has been linked to many clubs, but Juventus are planning a Kingsley Coman-style deal, where they will bring the Brazilian in on a loan, and buy him later on.

The idea is to use a loan-to-buy system, so that the Bianconeri can match the 50 million the Bundesliga champions’ demands.

Juventus had previously offered 35 million for the 26-year-old, who only started 19 games in all competitions last season for the Bavarian side.

Agent Junior Mendonza offered him to Juventus, before he met with the Bianconeri twice on June 13th, where the two sides agreed to terms, namely €6 million a year for four years.

The Bianconeri have decided that he will take up their remaining non-EU stop, leaving out Danilo of Real Madrid, with whom they have been linked on repeated occasions.
