EXCLUSIVE: Sevilla FC in advanced talks to sign Andrea Ranocchia
The 27-year-old full-back would join the Spanish side on a six-months loan with option to buy set at € 7-8 million.
Ranocchia is no longer on Mancini’s good book and eager to sign with a club that can give him the chance to play on a regular basis in order to snatch a senior Italy national team call up for EURO 2016.
The former AS Bari star was also close to join Milan last summer, before the Rossoneri extended Philippe Mexes’ contract.
Roma are also interested in the player’s services and Ranocchia would prefer to join the Stadio Olimpico rather than the Estadio Sanchez Pizjuan. Nevertheless, Inter don’t want to strengthen direct rivals and hope to find an agreement with the Spanish club as soon as possible.
