Exclusive: Tianjin offer €40m for West Ham target, Fiorentina star

West Ham target Nikola Kalinic is the subject of a €40 million offer from Tianjin Quanjian.

CEO Pantaleo Corvino was spotted by our correspondents Daniele Longo and Alessandro Di Gioia in the centre of Milan along with the Viola’s director of sport.

Fiorentina have an agreement in principle with Tianjin Quanjian for €38-40 million.

It’s up to the 29-year-old now, who has asked for time to meditate on the offer, with Fabio Cannavaro set to meet Fiorentina again.

The Croatian is coming fresh off Fiorentina’s 2-1 win over Juventus, scoring the opener.

This news had been broken by TMW’s Marco Conterio a few days ago, but has a  €50m release clause.

Kalinic is being offered a €12-15m a year salary.

Kalinic has netted 21 Serie A goals since joining the Viola at the beginning in the summer of 2015.

The Croatian international is also being tailed by West Ham, who need someone to replace Valencia signing West Ham.
