    Fiorentina president hits out at Paulo Sousa for defeat against Udinese

    Fiorentina president Mario Cognigni has blamed Paulo Sousa for defeat against Udinese. The future of the Portuguese tactician is still uncertain as he also confirmed on Tuesday during the pre-match press conference.

    “I am not a manager, but I would have chosen a different approach”, Mr. Cognigni told a local radio station during yesterday’s game half time break.

    Sousa benched Nikola Kalinic, Borja Valero and Josip Ilicic yesterday and the Viola president was probably referring to Sousa’s choices.

    The atmosphere at the Franchi is not as relaxed as it used to be at the beginning of the season. Fiorentina will face Juventus at home in the weekend.
