Florentino Perez’s confidant: ‘Real want Morata back’

    • Lorenzo Bettoni (@lorebetto)
Ernesto Bronzetti is one of the most influential sport agent as well as an important intermediary, especially for transfer negotiations involving Real Madrid’s players or targets.

The Italian agent is one of the closest confidants of the Merengues’ president Florentino Perez.

Talking to the Italian paper Tuttosport, Bronzetti revealed that La Liga giants eager to bring back Alvaro Morata to the Santiago Bernabeu exercising a € 30 million buyout on the Spaniard’s contract.

“As far as I know, Real Madrid want to bring Alvaro Morata back to the club. I don’t know if the player wants to rejoin his former team, but if you sign with a club like Real Madrid, you have to be happy and sure of yourself. They don’t want to have players who are not happy to be there.”

The Spaniard has recently justified his poor form complaining about his playing position at the Stadium.

“I am not a manager, so I can’t discuss over Allegri’s decision, but I think Morata gives his best when he plays centre forward rather than winger. I heard that he is not happy for his playing position and I think he’s right.”

“It was Conte’s idea to take him to the club. I still remember the day when he texted me saying that he wanted Morata to join Juve at all costs as he is a real centre forward.”

Paul Pogba is another hot Juventus commodity and, according to Bronzetti, the Frenchman’s future could be in a La Liga club too.

“If Barcelona are chasing him, I am afraid they will purchase the player, sooner or later. Juventus will decided whether to sell him or not. By the way, the Blaugrana are not the only Spanish team interested in Pogba’s services.”
