Former Chelsea star already training in London ahead of Inter move

Ramires is working on his fitness at Chelsea’s Cobham training centre, as he prepares to join Inter this winter. He is planning to have a few days off before heading to Milan next month to link up with his new teammates and start training under Luciano Spalletti’s watchful eye.

Of course, Jiangsu have yet to give the all clear but, since Suning own both clubs, this is unlikely to be a problem. Having suffered an injury in mid-October, Ramires is back in London where he spent five and a half years at his “home” wearing the Chelsea shirt. He specifically requested permission to regain his fitness in Cobham because he blindly trusts the Stamford Bridge club’s medical staff. Roman Abramovich, who sold him for €28 million back in January 2016, agreed to the arrangement with the midfielder often seen professing his love for Chelsea via his social media accounts.
