Galatasaray complete a double swoop: Belhanda and Gomis are arriving

Galatasaray mean business as they virtually closed a double swoop for Younés Belhanda and Bafetimbi Gomis. According to Sky Sport's Gianluca Di Marzio, the Moroccan international will cost Galatasaray 8 million euros (and he will sign a 4 year contract with the club) as they are ready to welcome two new players that will surely improve the quality of their roster. The details on Gomis' potential transfer will soon be known too ....

Balhanda appeared in 37 overall games on the season as he scored 3 Ligue 1 goals and added 6 Ligue 1 assists with Nice. On the other hand, Bafétimbi Gomis appeared in 34 overall games in 2016-17 as he scored 21 goals and added 3 assists for Marseille.

It wasn't a memorable season for Galatasaray as they finished fourth in the Turkish league standings behind Fenerbahce, Istanbul Basaksehir and champions Besiktas. They will be hoping that these two new potential arrivals help them be a challenger next season...
