Here’s how AC Milan fans will welcome Donnarumma today

AC Milan face Hellas Verona for the second time in one week today. The rossoneri have beaten Hellas earlier this week in Coppa Italia and hope they can manage to wrap up the same positive result against the Serie A strugglers today.

Many are wondering how AC Milan will welcome Gigio Donnarumma today. The Italian shot-stopper was hugely booed by his own fans on Wednesday but according to today’s edition of La Gazzetta dello Sport, fans of the Serie A giants will use a different approach today.

Donnarumma is not going to be cheered nor booed. According to the Italian paper there will be indifference towards the 18-year-old.

More probably there will be chants against the agent of the Italian goalkeeper Mino Raiola who is pushing for Donnarumma to leave the club.

La Gazzetta dello Sport, however, claims that it is hard to believe that the 18-year-old will be leaving the San Siro in the January transfer window.
