‘Higuain should blame himself’: Italian papers hit out at AC Milan star

Gonzalo Higuain did not have his best night ever against Torino. The Argentinean did not have many goal chances and missed the few ones that he managed to have.

Italian papers hit out at the Argentinean striker with ratings that reflects El Pipita’s disappointing performance against Torino at the San Siro.

“Another night without goals – writes Il Corriere dello Sport- . Higuain, however, doesn’t seem to be nervous. That’s right because he should be blaming himself only”.

As per La Gazzetta dello Sport Higuain was “betrayed” by his desire to go back on the scoresheet. His biggest mistakes remain the failed assists to Cutrone and Suso in the first half when he decided to shot on goal rather than provide an assist for his teammates.

Also Tuttosport criticizes the Argentinean for his wrong decisions during AC Milan’s counter attacks.
