Inter make contact with Laurent Blanc
According to Le Parisien, the Serie A side have contacted Laurent Blanc’s agent Jean-Pierre Bernes who has told Inter chiefs that his client would be interested in returning to the club he had been playing for during his career as a footballer.
Blanc had played for Inter from 1999 to 2001 scoring six goals in 74 appearances.
Inter have lost six of their opening 12 games this season and the Serie A giants sit 14th in the table with 11 points, five above the relegation zone and six behind a Champions League, which is Inter’s minimum target this season having spent €190 million to bring in new recruits in the summer transfer window, signing (among the others) the likes of Ever Banega, Joao Mario and Gabigol and keeping all the big names at the club.
