Inter Milan offer 3 million euros a season deal for Borja Valero

CalcioMercato can report that Inter Milan are in advanced negotiations with Fiorentina midfielder Borja Valero, after the club put a 3 million Euros-a-season offer on the table for his agent Alejandro Camano to put to forward to the Spaniard.

Valero has agreed the offer in theory but is yet to put pen to paper and sign for the La Beneamata. The 32-year-old has been at a wealth of clubs during his career, including that of Real Madrid and Villeraeal, in his native country of Spain.

He moved across from La Liga to Serie A, making an immediate impact for the Gigliati, scoring an impressive five times for the club in 37 games, during his first season there. He went on to play in five seasons for the Violets, playing regularly for the club.

His move to club Inter is thought to enable midfielder Ever Banega, who is said to be leaving the club, to transfer back to Spain.
