It is no secret that Juventus have been chasing Liverpool's German international midfielder for quite some time. The main issue has been the pricetag that has been out of the Bianconeri's reach coupled with Jürgen Klopp's resistance to allowing the player leave Anfield.

Despite the rumors circulating whom state that Can will renew his contract with Liverpool, Juventus interest in the player will not cool down. In fact, the Bianconeri's interest depends on how high the minimum release fee clause in the player's contract is. Should the fee be higher than €30 million Juventus will not make a move for Can who has featured 9 times so far for Liverpool scoring twice in the process.

According to our sources Juventus don't want to spend crazy money for the Germany International whose contract is set to expire at the end of the season. The Old Lady wants to sign the Germany star for less than €30 million and if his release clause will be higher than that, Juve won't match the player's release fee. The Old Lady, however, hopes Can won't sign a contract extension with the Reds and would move to Turin at the as a free agent at the end of the season.
