Juventus summer transfer activity may concern Man Utd and Arsenal

Juventus will be looking for a new right-back in the summer as reports in Italy suggest the Old Lady will let Stephan Lichtsteiner leave as a free agent at the end of the season. The contract of the Swiss International expires at the end of the season and the Old Lady is not eager to offer him a new deal.

The Serie A giants are already looking at possible replacements for the experienced defender and according to a report of Tuttosport (as quoted by Ilbianconero), the Old Lady summer transfer activity may concern Manchester United and Arsenal.

Juventus, in fact, are reportedly interested in signing the Gunners’ star Hector Bellerin who, however, is not going to leave North London for less than € 30/40 million. The Spaniard is contracted with Arsenal until 2023 and Barcelona are also pondering a summer move for the 22-year-old.

Bellerin is not the only player on Juventus’ shortlist. Manchester United’s Matteo Darmain is also being monitored by the Old Lady and could leave the Old Trafford for a lower fee than Bellerin’s. The Red Devils, however, could also face competition from the Serie A giants as Marotta and Paratici are long admirers of Thomas Meunier who has already hint at a possible move from Psg in January and is considered a top transfer target of José Mourinho’s side.
