Tottenham: Kane responds to Real Madrid interest

Harry Kane claims that he wants to play his “entire career only for Tottenham”.

Frequently linked to Real Madrid of late, the Spurs striker responded to speculation by claiming that he has eyes only for the North London side, through whose academy he came through before being handed his first start in 2011 by Andre Vilas-Boas.

He has scored 21, 25, 29 and 8 goals in his last four seasons, and began the current one superbly.

The North London side recently thrashed Real Madrid 3-1 at Wembley, and told the Bild that “my goal is to play my entire career only for Tottenham” ahead of this week’s Champions League clash with Borussia Dortmund, who are in the same group.

"We have a fantastic team, a great coach, a professional training centre and we're getting a new stadium,” he continued.

“At the moment, everything suits me here and I'm happy.”

The 24-year-old also had this to say about this week’s opponents:

“Marco Reus and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang have both caused a stir for many in Europe in the past few years.

"Dortmund have a lot of pressure now and have to win both matches to get a chance to progress.

"We are not afraid, we have found our style, we are now also winning away from home and we are cleverer."
