Liverpool news: Inter close is on defensive target. Keita not for sale, Leipzig insist

Inter are reported to have agreed the price-tag of OGC Nice Dalbert, according to a report of La Gazzetta dello Sport. The Italian paper claims Inter will seal the transfer of the Liverpool target for a fee close to € 20 million plus add-ons.

Dalbert is one of the most promising full-backs in Europe at the moment and the Serie A giants are being heavily linked with signing the Brazilain.

Inter could complete the transfer of Dalbert after the sale of Antonio Candreva to Chelsea or Ivan Perisic to Manchester United.

Dalbert, however, is not the only player the Reds could miss out on this summer.
The Premier League side are believed to be in pole position to sign Naby Keita but the manager of Leipzig has confirmed that the highly rated centre midfielder won’t be leaving the Bundesliga side this summer.

“That’s exactly the team I want to coach next season”, Ralph Hasenhuttltold German media.

“I am sure those players will be staying here to play in the Bundesliga and in the Champions League.”
