Liverpool star could join Juventus in January on one condition

Liverpool star Emre Can is a long time target of Juventus. This past August, the Old Lady’s CEO Beppe Marotta told Calciomercato.com that the Germany star is one of those players that the Serie A giants are closely monitoring.

The contract of Can ends at the end of the season and the 23-year-old has yet to reach an agreement to extend his stay at Anfield Road.

If Can fails to sign a new deal before the end of the year, Juventus would be allowed to negotiate with him without talking to Liverpool before and the player could join the Serie A giants as a free agent at the end of the season.

Liverpool are not open to sell their star in January but the Reds could accept to sell the player in January and rack up some cash rather than see the German leave for free at the end of the season.

The Premier League giants have already signed Naby Keita and the Guinean will join Anfield Road at the end of the season. If, however, RB Leipzig agree to send their star to Liverpool in January, Can could move to Juventus during the winter transfer window.
