Man Utd: Mou resumes interest in Everton target and hands Inter ultimatum over Perisic

José Mourinho has already registered his first summer signing with Manchester United that announced the arrival of Victor Lindelof a few days ago. The Special One, however, is also willing to strengthen his midfield and his attacking department and has already made an offer to sign Inter star Ivan Perisic.

La Gazzetta dello Sport confirms Inter need to cash in € 30 million by the end of the month in order to avoid punishment for breaching the Financial Fair Play. Manchester United have offered € 40 million to sign Ivan Perisic but the Red Devils’ opening bid was rejected by Inter. La Gazzetta dello Sport claims Mourinho wants Perisic to join Manchester United by mid July, when the team will be flying to the US to begin their summer tournee.

The nerazzurri aim to sell the Croat for € 50 million but they could be forced to sell him for a lower transfer fee due to the Financial Fair play. Before the end of the month, Inter will try to sell some of their outcasts, hoping to get € 30 million from the sales of Marcelo Brozovic, Stevan Jovetic and Ever Banega. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Brozovic is a transfer target of both Manchester United and Everton with the Toffees who saw their € 18 million bid rejected by Inter a few days ago.

Mourinho is said to have resumed his interest in the Croatian midfielder but there are no news regarding an opening bid for the inconsistent Croatian midfielder.
