Manchester United make €70m offer for Marquinhos but face Barcelona and Juventus challenge
Marquinhos, it is thought, has had three firm offers put on the table from the three footballing giants, but it looks as if his desire is to remain at PSG for the time being, a club which has allowed him to earn a place as a Brazilian international.
To stay with the Ligue 1 side would be considered a safety option for the 23-year-old, as he looks to forge a way into making regular football for his national side, with the World Cup in Russia to be held this time next year.
That being said, there could be room for manoeuvre if the price is right. So far Premier League side Man United have come in with the biggest offer - €70m – and Barca have come in with an offer of around €45m. Juventus are also in for the centre-back.
