Mihajlovic: ‘Belotti apologized’

Torino boss Sinisa Mihajlovic talked to Sky Sport after the granata’s 1-1 draw against Chievo.

“I’m sorry because I believe we must win these games. We must be more focused and more clinical in front of goal. We were also a bit unlucky but we knew Chievo will have created us problems. They hit the post once and scored one goal, then they didn’t do much more.”

“We missed too many goal chances, Belotti was sad, he is desperate to score goals but he needs to remain calm. Of course he is disappointed by Italy’s result on Monday. He missed a penalty and he apologized for it. I’m sorry for him and Italy but now it’s time to see a reaction.”

“National team? Everybody would love to be Italy boss, I’m proud to have been the manager of my national team, I think everybody would love to be in charge of Italy national team.”
