There is anxiety in the Napoli camp ahead of their crucial Champions League match at home to Shakhtar Donetsk, as it is unclear whether or not Lorenzo Insigne will be fit enough to play any part in it.
 
He has not yet recovered from his knee injury and, with that in mind, Maurizio Sarri will make a final decision on his fitness this afternoon according to Sky Sport. He has been included in the squad, but doubts remain over his availability for selection.
