New AC Milan fitness coach: shortlisted candidates revealed

AC Milan are set to hire a new fitness coach in the coming weeks as the rossoneri sacked Emanuele Marra last week. Vincenzo Montella, Marco Fassone and Massimiliano Mirabelli discussed about who the next fitness coach should be during a meeting held in the club’s headquarters yesterday.

According to our sources, AC Milan are going to hire a new fitness coach by Thursday and Sky Sports has revealed the shortlisted candidates for the job.

One of the leading candidate is Massimo Neri who is currently contracted with Guangzhou Evergrande but is intended to leave China soon. Neri was Roma football manager in 2001 when the giallorossi won the Serie A title under Fabio Capello.

The other candidates are Daniele Tognaccini, who is the manager of Milan LAB and Bruno Dominici who, at the moment, is the no. 1 candidate for the rossoneri.

A decision, however, will be taken by the end of the week, AC Milan will announce their next fitness coach by Thursday.
