Official: Juve confirm signing of AC Milan defender

Juventus have confirmed the signing of Mattia De Sciglio from AC Milan. Leonardo Bonucci travelled from Torino to Milan last week and a few days after Bonucci’s AC Milan move, the Old Lady announces the capture of De Sciglio.

The Serie A giants have also revealed the figures behind De Sciglio’s move to the Allianz Stadium.

“Juventus announces that the agreement with AC Milan for the definitive acquisition of the registration rights of the player Mattia De Sciglio has been finalized for a consideragion of € 12 million payable in three financial years. The purchase value may increase of a maximum of € 0.5 million on achieving conditions in the course of the duration of the contract. Juventus and the player have signed a 5-year contract of employment until 30 June 2022”, the club have announced through their official website.

De Sciglio is a product of AC Milan academy and he finally joins the bianconeri given that the 24-year-old is a long time target of Max Allegri. The Italian tactician had been chasing De Sciglio since his very first day in Turin. De Sciglio made his AC Milan senior debut under the Italian tactician at AC Milan in 2012.
