Gazzetta dello Sport writes that Brazilian play-maker Douglas Costa is on the verge of completing a move to Juventus. The 26-year-old Bayern Munich man has been linked with a number of clubs after a summer departure from Bavaria looked likely and according to the pink journal, it’s the Serie A champions who have won the race.
 

Both Chelsea and Inter Milan were known admirers with the latter actually offering the player a more competitive deal compared to the one he will reportedly receive in Turin. It seems as though we are down to the final details and Costa will be unveiled as a Juventus player in the coming days.

Inter Milan striker and former Liverpool target Gabriel Barbosa (Gabigol) is closing in on a loan-move to Las Palmas. Sky Sport 24 claims that the Brazilian’s agent is in Milan today to meet with representatives from the Canary Islands club over a season-long deal. Hector Moreno’s arrival at Roma has seen the chase for Antonio Rudiger intensify. Corriere dello Sport writes that the 24-year-old German stopper will now leave the Italian capital with Inter leading the chase for his signature. Chelsea are also reported to be monitoring developments.

Lazio and Sampdoria chiefs are meeting to try to thrash out a deal for striker Luis Muriel. Corrierre dello Sport states that the 26-year-old Colombian, who has also been causing interest at West Ham United, may be heading to the Eternal City in a deal reported to be worth €25M.


 

Gazzetta dello Sport claims that Juventus number two goalkeeper Neto is heading to Valencia. The Brazilian’s exit is expected to clear the way for the arrival of Arsenal custodian Wojciech Szczesny.
