Bayern Munich’s Portuguese midfielder Renato Sanches will snub a potential move to Manchester United to join AC Milan this summer. The 19-year-old, who has failed to light up the Bundesliga since his big money move from Benfica last summer, could be heading out on-loan ahead of the new campaign and the Italian giants are understood to be his first choice.
 

Corriere dello Sport writes that Rossoneri boss Vincenzo Montella is desperate to add him to his squad and in a deal similar to the one which took James Rodriguez from Real Madrid to Bayern, Milan would like an initial two-year loan agreement. The player’s agent, Jorge Mendes, has reportedly been in dialogue with Milan chiefs since last season’s Champions League Final in Cardiff where the Italian side struck a deal for another of his clients, Andre Silva. This news will come as a blow to United boss Jose Mourinho who was reported to be keen on bringing the youngster to Old Trafford.
