Perotti, Gomez, Vazquez head Milan shortlist in search for January signing
As previously reported, both Atalanta’s ace Alejandro Gomez and Palermo’s star Franco Vazquez have been linked with a San Siro move in January, even though both the relegation sides have full confidence in their respective mainstays and not eager to sell them in winter.
For this reason, Milan could bid for Genoa’s difference-maker Diego Perotti who was also close to sign with the Rossoneri last summer, but his transfer collapsed due to the former Liverpool flop Suso’s refusal to move the opposite way on a swap-deal with Genoa.
Even if the player has recently extend his agreement with the club until 2018, Genoa’s financial weakness could force the Grifone to sell their best player in January with Milan in pole position to acquire him as the two clubs are also in good terms.
