Real Madrid, Arsenal want €110m Inter star

Real Madrid and Arsenal are interested in Mauro Icardi, according to the latest reports, and could get the Argentine for as little as €110 million.

The scorer of 13 goals during the current campaign, Maurito is liked by a number of teams, with Napoli pursuing him in the summer of 2016.

The situation, Mediaset claim, is likely to set up another meeting with Inter in order to sign a new, more advantageous deal.

The Argentine grew up with a Javier Zanetti poster in his room, and is very close to Inter.
Arsenal are also known to be interested in him.

The idea is that Icardi could still accept a new challenge, having scored for free over the last few years at the San Siro, and likely to be offered a huge deal by Real.

Recently Milan legend Daniele Massaro claimed that the Argentine would replace Karim Benzema next season, though it’s hard to work out where he got this information from.
