Real Madrid: Perez warns Chelsea as he reacts to Ronaldo’s Juventus move

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has warned that his club will strengthen their present and future and stressed they have a significant financial power to make new signings in the summer transfer window.

Florentino Perez and Real Madrid saw their best player Cristiano Ronaldo leave the UEFA Champions League winners and travel to Italy to join Juventus. Chelsea star Eden Hazard has been rumoured to be the player who will replace the Portuguese professional footballer at Real Madrid.

Real Madrid won three UEFA Champions League trophies in a row and that is why Florentino Perez believes the club is in one of their richest periods in the history.

“We need to strengthen our present and our future. It's a great team that will be reinforced by great players,” Real Madrid president Florentino Perez said during a press conference on Wednesday.

“We are in one of the richest periods of our history. We won unique titles. The institution is strong, we have significant financial power and the support of millions of fans.”
