According to the German paper Kicker, Juventus are interested in Borussia Dortmund’s star Ilkay Gundogan, whose contract with the Bundesliga giants is set to expire in June 2016.

The Serie A title holders are not the only side reported to be interested in the 25-year-old’s services as also Barcelona and Manchester United have set sights on the Germany International.

According to the German press, Borussia Dortmund’s request for Gundogan is at least € 25 million. It is no secret that the Bianconeri are in hunt for a striker as well as a strong central midfielder for the next transfer window as Mario Lemina, Hernanes, Stefano Sturaro, Roberto Pereyra and Simone Padoin have all proved to be nothing but backups to the senior midfielders Paul Pogba, Claudio Marchisio and Sami Khedira.

As previously reported, the likes of Ever Banega and Amadou Diawara have been linked with a Stadium move in January, but Juve’s n.1 target is definitely Ilkay Gundogan.
