Roma: team news and predicted line-up to face Chelsea

Roma face Chelsea at the Stamford Bridge tomorrow night with the giallorossi boss Eusebio Di Francesco who has to deal with many injuries ahead of the game. Kostas Manolas, for example, has been ruled out for a month and will skip both games against the Premier League champions. Lorenzo Pellegrini and Stephan El Shaarawhy are in doubt but they should recover for the Stamford Bridge showdown although they are not expected to start.

Patrik Schick is still out of action and his return to the pitch is still far away. He is also likely to skip both games against Antonio Conte’s side.

Kevin Strootman, however, has been training alongside the rest of the team in the last couple of days and the Dutchman should start in the middle of the park alongside Daniele De Rossi and Radja Nainggolan.

This is the expected Roma line-up against the Blues.

Alisson; Bruno Peres, Fazio, Juan Jesus, Kolarov; Nainggolan, De Rossi, Strootman, Florenzi, Dzeko, Perotti.
