Sevilla and Juve edge closer to deal for midfield star

As reported today by CM’s Nicola Balice, contacts between Juventus and Sevilla continue, with Steven N'Zonzi slowly approaching the Bianconeri jersey. And now the distance between the parties seems to be reduced to a minimum, to an agreement that may have come to the final chapter. The evaluation that Sevilla has made of N'Zonzi remains firm. They will not move from the 40 million EUR buyout clause. However, it is thought that Juve are ready to pay the required amount. President José Castro has opened up the possibility of identifying a framework that will facilitate the operation, proposing an extension of payment in two parts against Juve's request to arrive in three installations. This is the basis of the negotiation after the last few hours, despite the attempt to lower the fixed sum by Marotta to reach the 40 million mark with the addition of some simple bonuses. In the end it seems that Juve is willing to accept the requests of Sevilla to give N'Zonzi to Allegri.

ACCELERATING - The transfer window for replacing their midfielder seems to be the Spanish club's new position, as they are already working for the successor of the French giant. On the Sevilla notebook there are Walace of Amherst and Roque Mesa of Las Palmas, with considerations of Mario Lemina also but unblocked by N'Zonzi. And new details emerge on the contractual front, with the player who would sign a contract at Juve that could reach 5 million. The Old Lady has pressed on the accelerator this week, not only on the Douglas Costa front but also bringing in N'Zonzi to complete the Bianconeroi midfield. With competition arriving from Manchester United, it has been apparent that Juve press on, which will likely push the Red Devils towards another popular target Fabinho. But that is another story. The crux of these hours regards Steven N'Zonzi edging ever closer to Juve.
