Transfer rumours round up: Roma raise Lo Celso bid, Napoli closing in on Maksimovic

Romano can also exclusively reveal that Napoli are finally closing in on the signing of long-time target Nikola Maksimovic, Serbian central defender currently playing for Torino.
This past January, Napoli had almost bought him for a fee of € 21 million but the Granata put talks on hold and the deal eventually collapsed. The Serbian defender could finally join the San Paolo from next June.
