Verratti: Ancelotti offers top Barcelona target € 15m-a-year to join Bayern Munich
Carlo Ancelotti is a long time admirer of the former Pescara starlet and according to a recent report of Tuttosport (via fc inter news), the Italian tactician has had contact with Verratti in the last few days.
Ancelotti is desperate to sign Verratti and the Italian paper claims the former Chelsea and Psg boss has offered his compatriot a salary in the region of € 15 million-a-year which would make him become Bayern’s best earner alongside Robert Lewandowsky.
The Bundesliga giants are also willing to make the most expensive signing in their history offering Psg € 50 million but that fee is not going to be enough to sign the Italian given that Barcelona are reportedly ready to offer almost € 100 million.
