The youngster, who tends to be deployed in an advanced attacking midfield position, has impressed scouts from many top clubs already during his short career, having represented both England and Wales at youth level. He recently impressed in his debut for the Welsh senior side, which has alerted a whole host of top clubs to one of British football’s brightest talents.
A string of exciting performances has led to a £20 million price tag being put on him already, while his contract with the Blades is not due to expire until June 2021. He only a signed a four-year extension to his deal last month. With the prospect of achieving back-to-back promotions a real possibility, they would be loathed to lose their prized asset before the end of the campaign.
