Zidane: ‘Here’s how long Cristiano Ronaldo will stay at Real Madrid’

Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane has talked to assembled media on Sunday ahead of the Merengues’ friendly match against Manchester United. The French manager was of course asked his thoughts about Cristiano Ronaldo who had been linked with leaving the Champions League winners this summer.

Zidane, however, does not believe the Portuguese star will be on his way out of the Spanish.

“There has been lot of talking on the Cristiano Ronaldo front”, Zidane said.

“Each time I talk to him he is always very relaxed. He will return from his holidays on the 5th of August and I believe that from that day he will remain with us for the next two-three years.”

Ronaldo had been linked with a world-record move to Psg or even a return to Manchester United. José Mourinho, however, has recently revealed that taking Ronaldo back to the Old Trafford would be ‘impossible’, whilst Psg are reportedly close to sign Neymar from Barcelona for a world record € 222 million fee.
