One of the reasons why Inter hired Leonardo, beyond his skill, is because he knows Brazilian football and he's a good talent scout - as he showed bringing Kaka and Pato to Milan.

According to Brazilian and English sources, Leonardo could convince the young star of Sao Paulo, Lucas Piazon (the new Kaka), to come to Inter.
